Refund policy

Orders which are already shipped can’t be fully refunded. If the ring isn’t shipped yet we can issue a full refund upon the customer’s request.

Returns

Faulty or inaccurate size product

If you find the ring you received is defective we will provide a replacement free of charge.

Wrong Size

  • If you have ordered the wrong size ring, we can replace it with a new one for an additional 20.00 EUR to cover the shipping and handling cost of the replacement ring.
  • If you have ordered a customizable item in the wrong size, we offer a replacement for an additional 50.00 EUR.

Refund

You can return or exchange your CNICK Ring within 14 days of receiving it, as long as it is fully functional and undamaged. You can choose to receive a refund or an exchange. However, the shipping and handling charges from your original order, including VAT or customs fees, are non-refundable.

Customized orders are non-returnable and non-refundable. A customized order includes any item with custom engraving or personalized colors. This applies to rings made of wood, silver, gold, or ceramic.

Warranty

Your CNICK ring is covered by a warranty of one (1) year from the original date of purchase, according to the terms and conditions of this warranty.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects or malfunctions.

The warranty does not cover loss of the ring, wear and tear (such as scratches or loss of polish), or aesthetic alterations caused by improper use or use not in accordance with care instructions.

Proof of purchase is required.
